Hi, I’m Alicja, and I’m passionate about a holistic approach to health and beauty. My journey began with a personal challenge that transformed my life and fuelled my mission to help others.
At 34, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis. As a new mother, breastfeeding my baby girl, I was determined to find a natural path to healing. Conventional medication, which might stop the disease but wouldn’t cure it, didn’t feel like the right choice for me at that time. Desperate for an alternative, I sought out natural ways to restore my health.
It wasn’t easy. I struggled with the daily reality of being young yet unable to get out of bed in under 30 minutes. But that struggle became the starting point of my wellness journey.
Over four years, I explored and experimented with different diets, supplements, herbs, and treatments. Through persistence and learning, my health improved dramatically. Today, there are no signs of osteoporosis or inflammation in my body.
